Payment & Fulfilment Policy

Pixil Web Studio Inc. is a custom web design and development studio based in Ontario, Canada. Our services are tailored for each client based on their specific business needs, and all project details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in a signed agreement before work begins.

Payment Methods & Currency

We accept payments via Stripe (credit and debit card) and e-transfers from Canadian financial institutions. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated in a project agreement.

Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Terms

Our full payment terms and cancellation policy are outlined in our project agreement, which is provided and signed before any work commences. A summary is provided below:

  • Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and begin work.
  • Midway Payment: A further 30% of the total project fee is due at the agreed midway milestone.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 30% balance is due upon project completion, before any final files, live-site access, or deliverables are released.
  • Cancellations: If a project is cancelled after it is 75% complete, the full remaining balance will be due.
  • Refunds: Payments for completed work or approved milestones are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work at each stage before it is finalized.

Promotions & Discounts

Any promotions, discounts, or special offers will include clearly stated terms and expiry dates. If a promotion is applied to a service, the terms outlined at the time of the initial agreement will apply for the duration of that project.

Fulfilment of Services

Pixil Web Studio Inc. delivers web design and development services as defined in each project's scope of work. Services are considered fulfilled upon completion of the agreed deliverables and receipt of final payment. Ongoing support or maintenance services are fulfilled on a monthly retainer basis as outlined in a separate service agreement.
